Organic Swede x 1 Our organic Swede, from Chapel Organics, based near Edinburgh, is a naturally sweet root vegetable. Ideal for mashing with a knob of butter and parsley, roasting in wedges with rosemary & sea salt, diced into cubes to be added into soups or casseroles.
