Salsify (Organic) - 500g Please wash before use. Salsify is an peculiar looking vegetable. It's only available for a short season so we thought we would try it whilst it was around. It's compared in flavour to globe artichokes, with a soft creamy texture. Treat it as you would a parsnip, peeling the rough outer skin off and roast. Sourced from UK (Soil association certified)
