Our mixed salad leaves evolve with the seasons to reflect the natural changes in flavour and texture throughout the year. To keep your leaves fresh and long lasting, we recommend washing them, then drying them in a salad spinner and store in the fridge inside a sealed container. Spring/Summer During the warmer months, our salads feature a more delicate, mild flavour profile. The mix includes an economical selection of Butterhead, Cos, Crisphead, and Loose Leaf varieties, offering a fresh balance of textures and subtle tastes perfect for lighter meals. Autumn/Winter As the weather cools, our salads take on a bolder, more robust character. The mix is enriched with peppery rocket, bitter radicchio, crisp endives, lamb's lettuce, land cress, and winter lettuces, bringing depth and intensity to your plate during the colder months.
