Agretti - 100g Please wash before use. Agretti is a rare vegetable to find. It is very similar to Samphire that you may spot on a coastal walk, however Agretti is not salty due to where it grows. Agretti can be eaten raw, chopped and tossed into salads; it can also be boiled, steamed, sauteed and stir-fried. Some people prefer cooking it a long time until very tender, but I prefer it cooked quickly and lightly so it retains its colour and bite. It has a unique grassy flavour, there isn't another succulent or green that tastes like it. Grown by us at Tewin Greens, chemically free.
