Pointed Cabbage x 1 Pointed Cabbage, also known as Sweetheart Cabbage, is a tender cone-shaped variety of the traditional green cabbage. It has soft, crisp leaves and a mild, sweet flavour, making it perfect for salads, stir-fries or steamed dishes. Unlike round cabbages, it cooks quickly and stays delicate in texture. Rich in vitamin C, fibre and antioxidants, pointed cabbage is a healthy and versatile vegetable. Although we don't use any chemicals on our land please wash before use.
