


Rhubarb - 600g Please wash before use. Our Rhubarb is sweet and tart red. Rich in vitamin K, calcium, and fibre. Only the stalks are edible, and although it can be eaten raw (advised only a minimal amount for children) it is best cooked. It's common use would be to add in a fruit crumble, or stewed down and eaten with cream or custard as a tasty dessert. Alternatively, you can add to cakes, pickle it and roast it, the list is endless. Grown at our farm - Tewin Greens.
